1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to customers all over the world.

Within Europe: Delivery takes approximately 7–14 business days.

Outside Europe: Delivery may take 14–31 business days depending on your location.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note: taxes, customs duties, and any additional fees are not included and may be charged by your local authorities.
3. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive your tracking information by email. You can then track your package via our Track My Order page.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. To start a return, simply contact us at shopflexbe@gmail.com.
5. How do I start a return?
Contact us at shopflexbe@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
6. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
7. What items cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable:

8. My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

9. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
10. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to view order history, track shipments more easily, and receive exclusive updates.
